Programs
Children are initially assigned to a group based on
development. The Director makes this assessment.
The philosophy of CHDCC is that the group will stay
together for the entire year. When the new school
year begins in August, we try to keep the same teacher
with the group as they advance to the next level.
This approach helps maintain a stable environment
for the child and reduces the disruption of children
leaving and entering during the school year. Tuition
matches the ratio of school personnel to the children
in the group.
In the infant program we follow a system of responsive
care giving. Each child has different needs and patterns.
We adapt our care to the child’s schedule and
needs.
